I feel like I've completely lost control of my life when I am reminded that I haven't backed up the camera roll on my phone in over a year because I no longer use a Mac and it is *that* impossible to do on Windows for some reason.
I didn't realize you could use different transfer protocols for this, I'll have to look into it deeper, thank you. For now I've been occasionally firing up an old Mac Pro and using Image Capture, lol.
@bobbyd0g I switched to ftp for phone/computer transfer for a reason.
Why does mtp have to be such a pain...
