Fourth day banned from the phone, and my vision problems are gradually subsiding. I'm only available for voice chat right now! Even glances at the phone do noticeable damage 😵😵😵

never mind, honestly, it was as bad today as it's ever been. i really did have to go a full month before consistent improvement last time, and it only took just about as long to return with normal use. maybe smartphones aren't for me any more.
